bookmark to send an update.react you get the updated reaction total from the response, so that could be helpful. Not sure I saw anything similar from upvote/downvote.

post.update, not post.reactpost.react, eg. if this is the only event you are listening to?

post.update is sent for reactions.

post.delete) don't work on XenForo 2.3.6. I did get those confused with update which could be used for some, but @est3ban129's makes a good point that it may not be worth relying on post.update since it can send too many requests.
There may be a delay before changes are rolled out to the XenForo Community.
