XF 1.5 1.5 bug with user permissions

so i have been pulling my hair and couldnt find a solution...i downgraded my forum to 1.4 and it magically work

i have set a member permission to "never" for posting new threads..he can still do it...so i created a new user...and did the same..didnt work...i made a new group that cant post threads..and made it secondary to his main group..also didnt work..i know im not doing anything wrong as i been doing this for a year



analyze says he cant make threads, but yet he can

this only started with 1.5

actually i just disabled all addons and it worked, but i have not made any addition to my forum..just upgraded it from 1.4 to 1.5

will look into which add on exactly

this issue is broken by @Nobita.Kun quick reply mod, disabling his mod fixes this issue

Sorry but the permission 'cancreatethread' is not of mine addon.

that has nothing to do with it, thats a usergroup i made

your addon breaks permission, unless i uncheck guests thread creation in options

you can test this yourself, keep the option checked..and take away someones permission to make threads...he will still be able to

Of course! My addon will overwrite that permission (Post thread) if you checked the option.
