XF 1.3 1.2 to 1.3 upgrade warning

After I copied all the upgrade files, I got this:

There are at least 4 file(s) that do not appear to have the expected contents. Reupload the XenForo files and refresh this page. Only continue if you are sure all files have been uploaded properly.

I've reuploaded the data dir from install, same warning. I don't remember customizing anything else besides my custom theme. Is there a way to see which files are incorrect?

That refers to files other than in the install directory, so I would have to recommend reuploading everything. There unfortunately isn't an option to see the full list in the upgrade system.

Download the .zip again and upload from a fresh .zip.
If that still doesn't work, try a different FTP application.
I recommend WinSCP.

Thanks for the fast reply guys, will re-download the upload with WinSCP (this was the program used for the first upload).

for some reason, now it worked, no idea what was copied (or not) in the previous upload. thanks alot guys
