[1.2 RC1] Sub domain as route?

So I was thinking to buy and install RM and create its route (/resources) as subdomain so I can open it with resource.domain.com address

Is this possible? Because I have read this: http://xenforo.com/community/threads/i-success-seperate-each-add-ons-route-in-subdomain.23081/ and seems possible. Have tried, but failed.

Well, I can do what inside the tutorial but it's not perfect anyway.

The way I did it is so complicated and absurd, it's not even worth trying to replicate. It will probably break on an update anyway...

1.1.5 & 1.2 beta brought many improvements like the new load_class event and a way to set the requestPaths via the event system
that's why i think that most of the filechanges in http://xenforo.com/community/threads/i-success-seperate-each-add-ons-route-in-subdomain.23081/ aren't necessary anymore (i think that there's even a much better way, but hadn't time to look at the code )

Nope, haven't figured out a way to easily do it.

I think you shouldn't.
This cause hell of bugs. Most of issues are Cross domain. Too may problems with CDN, cookies, ajax, js, css.
