@021 -- I have websockets, real time threads and real time alerts installed and since enabling them we're having issues where the alerts show as normal and then as soon as you click the alert bell and leave the page all of the alerts are marked as read, meaning it can get confusing for users as they try to sort through and catch back up. Is there a way to sort this?

Even Incognito is the same, doesn't seem to be just logged in customers.

Interesting that I'm not a customer and can access the site fine yet customers cannot.

WEird cause I've never sent any messages at all on their site, IIRC. Just the free webhooks addon, but I might as well disable the addon since at some point it'll stop working altogether.
