4 Unique Tabs Powering Your Social Feed (Fully Customizable!)

The add-on comes with 4 main feed tabs to appeal to all types of users. Administrators can determine exactly which tab users will see first ("Default Landing Tab") via the control panel. Unwanted tabs can be disabled with a single click.

1. Main Feed: The main hub where the most recent threads in your forum are listed chronologically. With modern card designs, thread previews, and "Read More" structures, long content never breaks the flow.
2. Trending Feed: The hottest content on your forum! The algorithm detects the most reacted, most viewed, or most replied threads in the last X days (determined by the admin) and presents them to the users.
3. My Feed: A personalized feed where users focus solely on their interests. Updates from the users they follow, the categories they watch, and the threads they subscribe to—all on a single screen!
4. Status Updates (Profile Posts): We have flawlessly integrated XenForo's original Profile Posts system into the Social Feed. Members can like, comment on each other's statuses, and keep the conversation going right from the feed.

Unique Features and User Experience:

No More Page Refreshes (Live Updates): When a user is waiting on the feed page and a new thread is created or a new status is shared in the background, they instantly see a dynamic "New posts available!" notification banner (just like Twitter or Facebook). Upon clicking, the freshest content pours into the feed without the page reloading. (Polling interval can be adjusted in seconds via the control panel).

Infinite Scroll: Forget the classic "1-2-3-Next" pagination! As the user scrolls down, older content is smoothly loaded at the bottom of the page. If desired, the pagination style can be switched to a classic "Load More" button.

Quick Thread Creation From the Feed: Thanks to the smart "What's on your mind?" input box at the very top of the page, users can select a category and start a new discussion in seconds.

• Set the Live Update polling interval in seconds (can be completely disabled by setting it to 0).
• Set how many days back the Trending calculation should cover (e.g., Last 7 days).
