[XFA] Default editor format - XF2 3.0.0

Corrected bugs:

• The editor script did not work at all on the current XenForo version
• The “Auto-apply user default formatting” option did nothing: the formatting was never applied automatically
• Typo in a stored key (“formmatting”)
• Install and upgrade now run as versioned steps

Modifications:

• No longer compatible with older XenForo releases
• JavaScript rewritten without jQuery
• The toolbar button is now added automatically to every editor size (desktop, tablet, phone) unless you already placed it
• A saved colour is skipped, with a notice, when it would be unreadable on the editor background (new minimum contrast ratio option, 3 by default)
• Stricter validation of the saved formatting
• Menu icons are now available to every visitor

New features:

• Default formatting is applied automatically when the editor opens, including replies with a quote (formatting is applied after the quote, without empty lines)
• Members can enable or disable auto-apply in their account preferences
• New “Clear default formatting” item in the editor menu
• Text alignment can now be part of the default formatting
• New options: contexts where auto-apply runs (posts, conversations, profile posts, signatures [off by default], other), formatting attributes members may save, minimum contrast ratio, automatically add the toolbar button

New versions from now on are only compatible with XenForo 2.3.
