This is great stuff and I don't say that only because I helped develop it.
It dramatically improves handling user notification of warnings: it makes the notification to the user hugely obvious, requires them to acknowledge that notification, and logs both of those things to the report log so that staff can review them at a later date if required.
So much better than sending PMs on warnings.
