bug fix

use case:

Forum allows guest / unregistered posts, however to appear they require moderator approval.

1. A guest creates a comment and it appears in the moderation queue as expected.
2. When I approve the post, nothing happens and it stays in the moderation queue.

So this is fixed now.

When a comment with reaction was deleted, it didn't reset the reaction count. So this was fixed.
Fixed issue when reactions were removed from the user, they were not removed from the comment

there was a server error log in admin panel, so just delete that error and install this version. That should fix it.

there was a change in the "React to comments" phrase in usergroup setting. So you might have "React to comments" set to "No". Please check your usergroup settings for FCS.

Online status indicator in comment's avatar added.

When a comment was deleted or undeleted, the top of the page was shown. So this was changed to go to the reply where the comment was written.

When uninstall, the "Don't remove comments data" checkbox was checked by default, just to make sure people don't forget to check it, because most likely everybody will want to keep the data.

Changed the way the comments email notification works. Before you were getting email notifications for every unseen comment, now only for the first unseen comment for each reply.

Redone the fix that was causing problems with the layout in iPad devices.

There was a problem with the layout in iPad devices. So this was fixed.

Comment e-mail notifications were sent even if the thread was changed to unwatched. Two known instances of this issue have been fixed.

When commenting was disabled for a user group, "commenting a comment" button was still visible on already existing comments. So this was fixed.

Added phrases such as uw_view_content, uw_also_commented

When you receive a reaction for a comment in the popup alert window, now the whole row (in the popup window), will become a clickable link to get you to the comment, just like it works for a reply.

Some phrases added, such as "commented", "Post Comment" and alert text for the reactions in the alert popup window.

When in a new thread, in the first reply, was posted a comment, then the comment was deleted (Remove from public view), the alert didn't work properly for the public and they couldn't get to the tread. Now this is fixed.

max load of comments per click - Added option to cap the number of comments loaded when you click on "View Previous comments...". With this option "View previous comments", you can set the number of comments loaded when "View Previous comments..."link is clicked. Setting it to 0 will load all comments.

Comment Quote fix - Depending on the state of this button on the editor, the Comment Quote didn't work. So this should be fixed now.

Wrong alert behaviour in comments after comment approval fixed - when a comment got approved, the alert functionality didn't work as it should. So this should be fixed now.

Issue with comment alerts fixed - When someone posts a new comment and then deletes it, the thread will still be displayed as "unread" by all other users. When they click into the thread, they'll get error. So this should be fixed now.

Total comment count fixed
When comments were deleted with "Remove from public view", the total comment count was not changed for the public. So it is now showing what's actually visible to the specific user group.

Edited text in the settings for "Comments Limit per post".
