I beta tested this and it's a great addon. It reduces my queries (which is always a great thing whether you are a big board or not) and more importantly, it allows me to show image attachment for guests without changing the default permission. Instead of uploading the images to a host and use [IMG] tag, i can upload image and use full attachment.
