Unmaintained Threads <=> Resources 1.2.1

This addon allows you to convert threads to resources, link threads to existing resources and link a new resource to an existing thread, as well as convert an existing resource to a thread.

All that needs to be done is enter the resource/thread URL.

It is per-node and per-category permission controlled.

In addition, a branding line has been added. If your site is not a commercial site, this may be disabled without fee or approval from me. If your site is a commercial site, please contact me - a fee will be required.

A commercial site is defined (by me) as a site that makes money (even if it isn't a profit).
