The support was terrible. I was having connection issues to my TS server and provided all the information requested. It would be days between replies. Now that I finally got it working (by myself and after a few months, i decided to let some updates happen) it constantly looses connection to the teamspeak server. If you open up too many tabs for example, related to the integration (too many as in, more than one) it will crash.

It seems as if others are having better luck based on the current 5 star rating.

What you're describing isn't an issue with this add-on, it's an issue with your TeamSpeak configuration. You have a low flood timeout and your web-server isn't whitelisted so it gets auto banned (thus you lose connection).
