I don't trust you. You might be working for the NSA. How do I do this myself?

Very simple.

  1. Enable Debug mode for your XenForo install:
    https://xenforo.com/help/config-php-options/

  2. Log into your Admin Control Panel

  3. Navigate to Development > Admin Template Mods

  4. Click "Create Template Modification"

  5. To add the button to the Edit User form, fill out the modification form with the following:
    Template: user_edit
    Modification Key: userEditAddSpamCleaner
    Description: Add Spam Cleaner to Edit User Template
    Search Type: Simple Replacement
    Find:
    Code: 
    <input type="button" value="{xen:phrase delete_user}..." accesskey="d" class="button OverlayTrigger"
                data-href="{xen:adminlink users/delete, $user}" />
    Replace:
    Code: 
    $0
            <input type="button" value="{xen:phrase spam}..." class="button OverlayTrigger"
                data-href="{xen:link spam-cleaner, $user}" />

  6. To add the button to the Stop Human Spam log entry, fill out the modification form with the following:
    Template: shs_log_stophumanspam_view
    Modification Key: shsLogEntryAddSpamCleaner
    Description: Add Spam Cleaner to SHS Log Entry
    Search Type: Simple Replacement
    Find:
    Code: 
    <a href="{xen:adminlink stophumanspam/delete, '', 'id={$entry.log_id}'}" class="button OverlayTrigger">{xen:phrase delete}...</a>
    Replace:

  7. Navigate to Appearance > Template Modifications

  8. Click "Create Template Modification"

  9. To add the button to the Moderation Queue, fill out the modification form with the following:
    Template: moderation_queue_list
    Modification Key: modQueueAddSpamCleaner
    Description: Add Spam Cleaner to Moderation Queue
    Search Type: Simple Replacement
    Find:
    Code: 
    {$entry.content.user.username}</a>
    Replace:
    Code: 
    $0 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<input type="button" value="{xen:phrase spam}..." class="button OverlayTrigger" data-href="{xen:link spam-cleaner, $entry.content.user}" />

  10. Make sure you disable Debug Mode when you're done!
