Unmaintained [SolidMean] CloudFlare Detect 1.1.1

IPv4 IP addresses updated for CloudFlare. You can either install this update, or just update the IPv4 addresses yourself. More information is in this post:

Re-releasing addon with help from @Liam W

No need to include that option in the add-on, when it's easy enough just to disable the add on. Also verified that the add-on is compatible with Chris Deeming's Auto-Installer add-on.
