Bugfix Release to avoid conflicts with Route Changer

If you use Route Changer, delete the route from the forum route option and apply the following route changes via route changer

While we changed the routes, we've also included user friendlier URLs for the categories.
It was changed from demo.extralicense.com/?category_id=1 to
http://demo.extralicense.com/portal/categories/simple-portal.1/ or demo.extralicense.com/index/categories/simple-portal.1/ if you use route changer
