Resend Email Confirmation 0.3.3

Fixed an issue where the “Maximum users to load” field incorrectly required a value, preventing filters from being applied when left empty.
You can now leave this field empty to apply filters without setting a maximum user limit, as indicated by the field’s hint.
Upgrade the existing installation to version 0.3.3. No uninstall is required.
