Register Email 3.8

Register Email v2.8 changes:

Some email clients require a the HTML <a href> code for links. This version now includes the <a href> code for all links.

Register Email v2.7 changes:

Fixed coding error which prevented geoplugin.net from being able to lookup the location based on the IP.

Register Email v2.6 changes:

In Register Email v2.5 I was using geobytes.com for IP to location lookup, this turned out to be very inaccurate. So in Register Email v2.6 I switch to using geoplugin.net for IP location lookup.

Note that whatismyipaddress.com is still more accurate than geoplugin.net, but whatismyipaddress.com doesn't offer an API to retrieve the location based on IP input.

Register Email v2.5 changes:

Fixed typo which caused the "Email From Username" in Options to not work.

Register Email v2.4 changes:

The previous version updated the "Location" code fr normal registrations. This version updates the "Location" code for Facebook, Google, Twitter and Steam registrations.

Register Email v2.3 changes:

Register Email v2.3 is now compatible with with geobytes.com new format for retrieving location information from the new registration IP address.

Register Email v2.2 changes:

Added support for Steam registrations.

Register Email v2.1 changes:

1) When a new registration is made by Facebook, Google or Twitter an email will be sent.

2) Email sent now indicates by which method the new registration was made:

3) Some shared servers don't allow get_meta_tags(), so there's now an option to disable Location lookup.

4) The Register Email Options now has a Language field to select non-English language.

Register Email v2.0 corrects a link problem dealing with the Edit User link.

Register Email v1.9 now uses XenForo mail code. This corrects issues with those forums which use SMTP mail services.

I also made all phrases start with registeremail for convenience.
