Description:

Removes the "Post New Thread" button until minimum number of post or registration days have been met.

Installation:
  1. Download newthreadrestriction_v1.3.zip and unzip it.
  2. Upload the Andy folder to your server. The correct location will be library/Andy.
  3. From your Admin Control Panel, go to the "Install Add-on" page.
  4. Upload the addon-NewThreadRestriction_v1.3.xml file.
  5. Click the Install Add-on button.

Thank you Andy for this ad-don, it helps limit newbies from starting a thread in a forum that is best meant for active members to be starting new threads..
This plugin makes restricting forums based on post count much, much easier compared to the build in method in XenForo (which is clunky if you ask me). Now I am able to limit members with less than 25 posts from not being able to post in the Classified section of my website.

Two big thumbs up to an awesome add-on developer!
