Description:
Limits the number of new threads a member can create in a given amount of time.
For example you might like to use this add-on to allow up to five threads to be started in your classifieds forums for the past 365 days. If members wish to post more than five classified forum threads, they need to upgrade their account.

If your using the User Upgrade function to allow overriding the New Thread Limit, when a members Upgrade expires, the date at which the limits start will be from the User Upgrade end date.

Features:
- Removes Create New Thread button if maximum is reached.
- Prevents direct URL access to create threads if maximum is reached.
- Select any forum to include.
- Select any user group to exclude.
- Select any user to exclude.
- Download newthreadlimit_v1.6.zip and unzip it.
- Upload the Andy folder to your server. The correct location is library/Andy.
- From your Admin Control Panel, go to the "Install Add-on" page.
- Upload the addon-NewThreadLimit_v1.6.xml file.
- Click the Install Add-on button.
