Great add-on but not compatible with TH style and caused issues on member's side with media loading. The fact that the developer has made changes on some of my theme templates, confirmed that the add-on is not compatible with my style, and I had to spend 1h to get new style installed as changes made by developer left with some minor issues on my forum. I have asked for refund as I won't be using it, if it causes issues, and not working properly. I've been told that my account will be disabled on his forum ( a bit unprofessional way to deal with customers). And I have asked my data to be deleted from his forum, which hasn't done it yet, and still haven't received my refund.

Sadly there aren't many good developers with good customer services left on XenForo. The developer needs to learn some customer service. As people are not only buying the product, they are paying for for customer service as well.

This guy is lying. The add-on is fully compatible with current versions of TH Style and XF. He reported a media issue reported by a member, which has nothing to do with the translation add-on, and he himself couldn't reproduce the problem. I patiently made several CSS adjustments to his site (since he knows absolutely nothing about programming), and the add-on was fully operational, without any issues. He later decided to uninstall the add-on, on his own, and said he wouldn't use it anymore. If he's having a problem with his site, it's certainly due to another add-on, as I've already explained to him, but he doesn't understand.

The refund request was submitted a few hours ago. Stripe warned that the refund will take between 5 and 10 days, as he was already told. This guy isn't a customer; he's completely insane! He either suffers from anxiety or has some kind of mental health issue. We don't want crazy customers like you. Don't ever come back, mate!

very useful addon, great support as well, as my forum has custom theme which required a little adjustment to have it implemented.

The most successful add-on for translation. The author, is also very responsive in terms of support. Thanks to him.
