thanks so much, this was easy to follow and quick to change, this worked great on version 2.3.10 and i was able to use the color hex code to get a precise shade.

Another fine Brogan Tutorial™. This is helpful for creating a banner that will stand out against the many different colored themes we use, and not blend in with the others when they stack.
