Now you can set the usergroups who can message each recipient group.
See the attachment in the description which shows the standard usergroup selection.

We have removed the CC and BCC facility because Xenforo's Cloud hosting service does not support these.

Made compatible with Xenforo 2.3. This release is not compatible with 2.2 and earlier versions of Xenforo.
We continue to use Contact Us Essentials to manage our inbound messages both as emails to specific members of the team and also posted as threads in specific forums for the attention of moderators/admin.
