This is a simple install-and-done addon that changes pretty much every username to the rich variant.

Just install the addon and see rich usernames everywhere ;)

Just one file to upload, and the XML. Consists of 3 template modifications & an overridden template tag.

A huge example of something that should be core. Core implementation would save quite a few queries and considering it supports username styling why not? But this does exactly what it says it does and the only solution needed.
