    Just our prerogative! It was enabled a while ago but it was abused and got all rather spammy so we tuck it away to make it look less inviting.

    To answer this question, specifically, giving access to any 3rd party to any part of your XF install or server is always a risk. You should do your best to ensure you're using a reputable provider. There are some popular providers listing their services in the 3rd Party Services forum here.

    In terms of giving access to your CP you can restrict what someone does by creating a new Admin and limiting the perms they have such as preventing them from installing add-ons or editing styles and options.

    The current plan is that if you have an active XF1 license, there will be no additional cost to upgrade to XF2. If you have a branding free license, this will carry over to XF2.

    Oh sorry about that, I am currently on a xenforo website that is fairly popular and I was going to suggest they implement this however I wanted to check if thats something you can do easily.

    Best thing to do is to get them to contact us and we'll discuss it with them. We can only deal with the license holder or their approved users for support.

If you are licensed, log into your Customer Area (https://xenforo.com/customers) and submit a ticket or go to the "Forum Users" page, add your forum username there and then post in the appropriate forum.

    Hi Chris. I wanted to ask if you know how to make it show sticky threads in private categories on the forum. So, someone can't see the posts listed, however can post there and it also shows sticky threads? This is very important to me. Thanks

    If you require support, associate your forum user name with your license and then you will be able to post in the customer support forums.

    Hello, support can only be provided to licensed customers who can post in the correct forum. If you own a XF license, please log in to your Customer Area and go to the Forum Users page. Add your forum username there. You will then be allowed to post in the correct support forum.

    We normally don't like bumping but a few days is quite a while to wait, so that should be ok (just in case people have missed it, or it's got buried below some new threads).
