I have four TMs on thread_view. All are pretty basic. I doubt the problem is with them. More likely in a template that handles the function of the specific thread tools.

I do not have the ability to edit the thread title in the discussion list. When I tick the "select thread" checkbox, edit title is not in the Other Actions > Moderation List. Is this what you are referring to Steve?

The user has submitted another registration with suitable information. I believe his email was an attempt to get approved by complaining about the process. I have to conclude that the forum sofware is functioning as designed.

If I understand this correctly, then the deletion was part of the update action and not logged as a separate event. I may not hear back from that user. Perhaps I should delete users outside of the users/moderated/update function. That should allow me to track any deletion event.

I'm baffled as to why the actual deletion was not logged.
