XF 1.3 Redactor box/editor problem with android phone

Here is what one of my users sent:

IS THERE AN ISSUE IN USING A SMARTPHONE WITH THIS FORUMK?
IM ON ANDROID 4.3.0 AND THE EDITOR DOESNC'T WORK PROPERLY.
IT GETS STUCK ON CAPS V(OR SOMTIMES LOWER CASEB).
AND LONG PRESS DOESNT WORK N- I GET BOTH THE ORIG CHARACTER AND THE SHIFTED CHAR. ANY SUGGESTIONSK?

Is there any forum settings that can help fix this?

There's a huge variation with Android so there can be issues depending on the keyboard used, the underlying browser (AOSP's old browser, Chrome, a different engine), etc. These sound like keyboard issues. There isn't a lot that XF can do unfortunately.

He can use the button in the upper right to disable the rich editor if he runs into problems. (Or in his preferences, but that does change the desktop as well.)
