I'm referring to the function that triggers the responsive navigation subtabs.
This function hides the subtabs and replaces them with an ellipsis.
The ellipsis will open into a menu of the hidden subtabs.
There is a method of modifying the java script discussed in this topic:

I want to simply turn off the execution of the function (no ellipsis creation) leaving the normal subtabs.
Is there anywhere in a [navigation] template where I could edit out the HTML code that triggers the function?
