Do you have adblock?
As the thread you're about to open contain Adsense keyword.

I'm using Safari on Mac with Wipr installed. I disabled the content blockers but it did not change.

If it's just that thread (this one seems to work for you) then it's most likely a browser extension being triggered by the thread title.

I thought I was put into the discouraged user group by you guys because I post too many threads here.
