I have a yellow glow that I can not get rid of, it is above the nav bar in the header ? I have checked this from several devices and it still shows. any suggestions ?

I have a couple more questions . I put .css for sticky nav bar, is there one for a reducing header ? How do I make categories non click-able ? And how do you add pages for things like blogs, pictures so on, and I would want them in the nav bar , parent and child pages, I am used to Wordpress and do this all via menus so please excuse me ..
