Fixed XFRM Bug when using the 'Post update' function

When using the 'Post an update' functionality, I receive errors. The resource in question was added when the forum was running on XF1. I've reached to ThemeHouse as I thought it was related to their addon, but they said this must be xenforo related.

It looks like this thread has actually been orphaned (its forum has been deleted). I'm not sure how that would've happened as that shouldn't be possible unless something else went rather wrong elsewhere.

However, I have prevented this error now (and made XF itself throw a clearer message about what's happening).
