- Do the thumbnails load in Brave on mobile if you turn off Shields for your site, or in another mobile browser such as Chrome or Safari on the same device?
- Are your attachment and media files served from a separate domain or CDN (an external data URL), or from your forum's own domain?
- If you open one of the failing thumbnail images directly in a new tab on the affected device, does it load or show an error (for example 403 or 404)?
- Do you use any hotlink protection, bot protection or firewall (for example Cloudflare) that could block image requests from some browsers?
