ES 2.3 XFES issue post upgrade

I upgraded to .13 last night.

since, i've logged a few of these:

Not sure if it's @Xon 's Search Improvement addon or native XFES given the log, so posting here to start.

This method appears to be in the downloaded files:

Ensure that a file health check is clear, permissions are consistent and all files were uploaded correctly.
