Just helped an admin out with a password reset.
They had gotten locked out, but was able to get a new password using the Forgot Password process.
After getting a new password, they were still unable to log in until I cleared their failed attempts from xf_login_attempt.
I feel the Forgot Password process should probably reset the attempts logged in xf_login_attempt to save manual intervention or waiting for the threshold to reset.
