Lack of interest XF2 \XF\ControllerPlugin\Sort - support for non-tree items

This sorter class would be really useful in a lot of other places, and it seems to only support Tree objects by default, would be useful to be able to work on any content type that has a display_order or comparable system

Just a few use cases off the top of my head:
  • Widgets
  • Help Pages
  • Smilies
  • Payment handlers (would require adding a display order for these, which would also be awesome)
  • OAuth handlers (would require adding a display order for these, which would also be awesome)
