Fixed \XF\ControllerPlugin\ThreadPlugin::getPostLink does not use 4th argument of buildLink

getPostLink generates a page relative post URL link, but it appends the hash value to buildLink()'s output instead of passing it via the 4th argument which does the building for it.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.3.3).
