Which is a blank page.

You are referencing an XF2.2 file... The most recent update is for XF2.3.

Were there any errors during your upgrade to XF2.3?

These comments have to do with the feature slider in the current version:

I am having trouble with the infinite scroller (which is enabled in style properties) stopping after going through one round of features. In other words, I have two features selected atm, and it scrolls through both, and then stops.

Additionally, the nav arrows are not working properly. Once the feature slider scrolls through both features (and stops) the nav arrows no longer work. I can still click on the nav buttons (at the top of the slider) and they work fine. The arrows to the left and right are not working for me.

Looking at the console on your site:

Uncaught ReferenceError: oldId is not defined

on:

oldId = this.target.dataset.widgetId + "-" + (this.carousel.prevPage + 1);

That error makes no sense... oldId is being defined in that statement.

I have recently upgraded from 1.5.24 to Xenforo 2.3. I've also upgraded from the original Xenporta to the latest Xenporta 2. I am seeing that the articles on the portal are missing some entries and the forum that I have defined as "auto-promote" is not actually promoting things to articles... actually I don't see any options to promote these threads to articles either:

Jaxel updated XF2 [8WR] XenPorta 2 (Portal) PRO with a new update entry:

2.3.0.4 - CHANGELOG

• You can now delete feature images from within the edit menu.
• You can now delete author images from within the edit menu.
• BUG FIX: The slider will no longer break if YouTube fails to load a video.
• BUG FIX: I did not realise XF's built in JS minifier enforces use strict.
  So variables have now been strictly defined in code as required when using minified JS.
