Does the new xF importer to xF cover the resource manager?

I think you try to Find resource reated tables then duplicate them and import to new installation. After that you should rebuild cache and copy image files.

Anyway, do I need to use same XF version? like 1.3.4 to 1.3.4? Or I can do 1.3.2 to 1.3.4?

The XF version should be pretty flexible. It should, in theory, be possible to do 1.2 to 1.3, for example, but there's no guarantee it will work if the schema has changed drastically.

With upgrades being so easy, though, it's probably going to be less problematic to ensure they are on the same version.
