Scare tactics just still go to court though if the end aim is to hurt the startup financially so it can't use funds to forward its momentum... hence the requirement IMHO for a legal donation fund, so XF's momentum as a company can't be hindered by IB.

There are already some big sites run by people here, who's immediate exposure would put the word out rather quickly... ie. those sites with millions of posts that are / have moved to XF already.

The original plan was to go visible when it was confirmed they where following through with the suit so we have been on standby. The group is looking at a couple of things now.

We shall prevail :p

They'll be able to link to the site with either a text link or a graphical link which will be ready in a couple of days to use.

We appreciate anyone and everyone who helps us get the word out, if/when it is necessary. :)
