Currently seeking 1 person to work support and sales Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 am - 11:00 am (EST -4GMT).

Duties Include:

- Assisting current clients with support issues via tickets and support forum
- Assisting pre-sales requests via tickets, live chat and support forum

Requirements Include:

- Excellent in Grammar/Punctuation.
- Ability to pinpoint clients requirement in a request.
- Quick responses - At least 60 wpm.
- Advanced background knowledge of xenForo & MySQL


- Some Background knowledge in a majority or all of the following:
- FTP
- E-Mail
- Minecraft
- IRCd/Eggdrops/BNC
- Cpanel
- DNS


In Addition to the above, all applicants must have the following:

- Be a fast learner.
- Be motivated for the position.
- Be on time for your shift.
- Skype or AIM Contact.
- Email Address Contact.
- Understand the importance of fast and PROMPT customer service.

Payment is a bi-weekly salary, monthly new sales bonuses and free forum hosting for your xF community.
