You can see it working here on your own profile as the standard <h1> (p-title-value) isn't output, which is what that switch does. Assuming there aren't other elements that have been added, the whole p-body-header section won't be output (though if you have a page action or a description, those elements will still be present).

You'll need to explain the issue in more detail.
