Fixed XF\Cli\Command\AbstractCommand::initialize returns when the parent is a void method

I think this is two separate bug reports judging by the difference between the title and the message. Both are valid though so I'll copy one and adjust.

Might have been an editing issue, I had a few tabs open at the time and probably just hit post on the wrong version
