XF 1.1.5 to 1.2 CSS

If I have a design as a PSD file that was sliced/organized and optimized to XF 1.1.5, would I need to redo it for XF 1.2 because of its responsive design?

I think most styles will need tweaks here and there. Your style would most likely work but would not be responsive, the userinfo might be broken depending on how the ribbons were done. The lack of Logout may throw off some CSS if it was too constraint. The fact that the Inbox is now a tab will be a problem since the styling might not be expected it ...
So, yes, expect some work
