Sorry for the other replies; Obviously "uninstall it" may be the most basic answer, but there are other add-ons available to assist with your need to provide a feedback system for trade, etc.
What version of XF are you running? You can look into https://xenforo.com/community/resources/xencentral-feedback-system-2.6238/ they have a version for XF1 and XF2.
