Thats because its not a "tournament" modification. Its a RANKINGS modification. It takes tournaments and does a whole bunch of calculations to award players points. Then it ranks players in a league format.

Okay... the 'Torneo' part threw me off. This modification is a perfect example of what you mean by you mostly only create modifications for your own site.

yeah... I already know about 5 people who have been waiting for me to finish this mod though... they all run tournament gaming websites. Although, nothing says that you have to use this for tournament gaming. Its based on the Association of Tennis Professionals ranking system, so you can use it for just about anything that has tournaments.

I guess I'll just keep using Challonge.
Good luck with this though. I really hope this is successful, because XF needs something like this.

This mod is for ALREADY COMPLETED events... what would be the point of betting on that?

You mean two players playing with each other and both of them getting credit? It doesn't have that built in per-say... but you can input results manually and give two players 1st, two players 2nd, two players 3rd, etc...
If you are using the Challonge/TioPro importing system, you can inport the event, and then one player on the team will already be in... then you can simply add entries for the 2nd player of each team. Both result entries can share the same player name, so you can set that as the team name... just as long as the linked username is different, it should be fine.

I've also updated the result editing system so it uses AJAX, now if you edit something, it wont have to refresh the page.
The front end is completely done... the administration functions are non-existent right now. I've been doing all my editing in PhpMyAdmin. So its still some time before I'm ready for release.

Not yet... I'm gonna be at ECT all weekend, so that will eat up a lot of my time.
Also, I've just written a CLAIMS system. If a player sees a result in a tournament in which they are not getting credit for, they can now hit the claim link and claim the ID as their own. Naturally, their claim will be reviewed by a moderator or the event owner before it will be accepted.
