You also usually need to add a request into webmaster tools IIRC and then they scan and unblock the site once it is fixed.

You can see what's causing it in your webmaster account:
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/

It's usually a picture/icon.
I've gone into there and it's giving me not only a subdomain that doesn't exist, but a PHP file that definitely does not exist anywhere on my server. (I've tweaked the URLs intentionally).
Code:
h&&p://crypto.xen--reviews.com/blocks/javascript/speeches.php?filefun=55
h&&p://crypto.xen--reviews.com/clients/files/palace/speeches.php?filefun=55
h&&p://crypto.xen--reviews.com/registration/manager/speeches.php?filefun=55
h&&p://crypto.xen--reviews.com/ftps/history/globes_admin/speeches.php?filefun=55

nice! any previews available?

i think i might have donated to the crowdfunding if i joined earlier. of course, i don't even need reviews, but it just makes me want to buy another xf license and build another community!

The site itself is a demo and testing ground www.xenreviews.com

I'm doing the same - going to create a new site (or two) centered on this add-on alone.

shows up as a "reported attack page" - i clicked to ignore warning, but it shows an sql error... ill check back later.

in the meantime, they should get that attack warning cleared.

The reason for the downtime today was to try to investigate what's causing Google to flag the site as malicious. The site is back up now but still throws the malicious warning. I requested another review by Google but it says it takes up to 24 hours. I'm still searching for what may have caused the issue too.

XR is being sabotaged!!! :cautious: :D

Are you still involved in the project? It seems you haven't had any activity there since the middle of February and your info page says you're working on other projects...
I am not. I couldn't dedicate equal time as Jeff and it was unfair to claim half the credit or half the money. I transferred him the domain and the xf license. I have no doubt that the project will still be a huge success.

I've decided to make a new thread to discuss the possibility of me building a review system add on for XenForo instead of continuing in the 9 page, 18 month old thread.
I would like to crowd fund it but use an escrow account to insure both sides. In case something happens to me and I can't continue I don't want the community to get burned. I want to be gauranteed money though so I don't spend hundreds of hours just to sell 10 licenses and make like $3/hour. If anyone can recommend a site to do that through, feel free to mention it. I understand everyone's concerned about doing a crowd fund again due to how the gallery worked out but please remember, not all developers are the same and that is also why I want to do the escrow account in order to keep everyone safe.
If you'd like to see more features added, please be detailed like below. I will update the feature list regularly (until my permissions to edit the post no longer allow) along with the price (if it changes due to more [intense] features being added).

This is an interesting turn of events. I didn't see any mention of it on the XenRevews website. Did I miss it?

We didn't make a public posting in regards to it. The thing is this, I couldn't go at jeff's pace so our options were basically either split up and let him run with it and it turn out just as great or him slow down and the project be delayed. I felt the former was the more appropriate and better for all parties concerned.

If I had doubts of jeff finishing it, I wouldn't have done that. I have absolute confidence that everything will turn out amazingly.

I have confidence in Jeff. :)

That said, this was presented as your project from the beginning. The proper thing to do IMO would have been to make this community and especially the investors and shareholders over at the XenReviews site aware of such an important development. Not to do so... for us to find out in this manner seems... strange.

We just didn't feel like rocking any boats and stirring up unnecessary commotion. I can assure you the project is moving along as smooth as it was before. We made it through a month worth of alpha releases with a new build each week, and now I plan to jump into the beta stages with a new build every two weeks. Currently I'm just tying pieces together and working on the grid framework which will allow us to fill the pages with content. After that I will work on adding and improving all the small, less basic features.

Does it give you any specifics as to why? I'm wondering if it's just keeping it blocked because it noticed it was flagged yesterday. Everything seems to be cleared up on this end though, and the list on Google's webmaster tools that yesterday showed me what URLs container the "malicious content" is now completely blank. I feel it was just an error on Google's end, because I was not able to find anything incriminating and I made no changes. I simply requested Google to execute another review of the site and upon their second review they seemed to have cleared the flag. I hope it was just an error on their part anyway.
