XenPorta 1.6.0 PROBLEM!!!!!

Hello folks, recently i downloaded the XenPorta because i want a Home Page (Index Page)...
i did the installation process right, but when the installation is nearly finished, the page stops and says " No Data Received ".... and after this i refresh the page and it says processing.... then it installs the add-on, after that i go to blocks and i find nothing there (EMPTY) can someone help me please ?
