XF 1.4 Xenforo very slow when 0 - 10min/hours

I running Xenforo 1.4 but it run very slow when 0 - 10min/hours . How to fix it ?

I'm disable any cron start at 0 min but problem not solve .

I believe he was referring more to server-level cron tasks (such as a backup). If you don't have root access, you may need your host to investigate. If it's consistently this time, it would imply a load issue on the server, likely from some outside task.
