Xenforo Retail use legal?

if im use a retail xenforo installation this is legal?
Without license? if xenforo has downloaded from license panel?

I have already made it clear that in order to use XenForo legally you must purchase a copy or have a copy transferred to you; i.e. you must be a license holder.

If you use the copy your "friend" has given to you then you are both in the wrong.
