Xenforo Retail use legal?

    Hello, have a question.
    if im use a retail xenforo installation this is legal?
    Without license? if xenforo has downloaded from license panel?
    Sorry for my bad english i'm from poland.

    You must purchase XenForo to be able to use it legally.

    If have a Retail copy from my Friend have license.
    My Friend give me install package from panel
    I can use this?
    This is Pirated copy?
    I can have for this punishment?

    Your "friend" is breaching the terms of the license.

    Xenforo ,,sponsor'' projects?
    And This is pirate copy?
    Punishment for use is possible?

    I have already made it clear that in order to use XenForo legally you must purchase a copy or have a copy transferred to you; i.e. you must be a license holder.

    If you use the copy your "friend" has given to you then you are both in the wrong.
