XF 1.5 Xenforo License Confirmation?

I bought the license one hour ago and paypal confirmed.
But when i go to https://xenforo.com/customers/ it says: You do not currently have any licenses.
Did an administrator need to confirm the Transaction?

These sort of questions are best directed to us via the contact link at the bottom so we can get more specific information. However, I'll say that your payment doesn't appear to be complete yet. It may be an eCheque. (Equally, PayPal seems to be running very slowly here, so it could be another issue on their end.)
